Oknha Chan Sokheang, the President of the Cambodia Rice Federation, participated in the Rice News conference in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. During this event, Oknha Chan Sokheang delivered a presentation highlighting the significant potential of Cambodia’s rice sector to an audience of approximately 200 distinguished delegates. Moreover, Oknha Chan Sokheang served as a panelist in a discussion focused on the topic "Southeast Asian Rice Market Trends."

Cambodia Rice Federation (CRF) is a voice of Cambodia rice industry established by election on 19 May 2014 by 213 founding members representing the rice exporter federations, farmer federations, rice miller associations, rice exporter companies, logistics companies, etc.
On 8 August 2014, Royal Government of Cambodia issued the sub-degree (Anukret) to acknowledge CRF as a sole partnership for policy discussion and representative of Cambodian rice sector at international stage and also an institution to develop the event to promote rice in domestic and international stage.
On 09 August 2019, CRF organized the Annually General Meeting (AGM) and 3rd mandate board member election. 25 board members were elected, who are representative from rice exporters, rice millers, and agricultural cooperatives.
