Cambodia Rice Federation (CRF) convened the 3rd Meeting of the 5th Mandate Board of Directors at Novotel Sihanoukville Hotel in Sihanoukville. The meeting was presided over by Oknha Chan Sokheang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Cambodia Rice Federation, and Oknha Dr. Lay Chhun Huor, President of the Cambodia Rice Federation. Members of the CRF Board of Directors were also in attendance to participate in discussions, exchange views, and deliberate on the matters presented for consideration and approval.

In Sihanoukville, Oknha Chan Sokheang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Cambodia Rice Federation, and Oknha Dr. Lay Chhun Huor, President of the Cambodia Rice Federation, led members of the Cambodia Rice Federation in accompanying H.E. Dith Tina, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, on a visit to the Sihanoukville Autonomous Port. The delegation was warmly welcomed by H.E. Lou Kim Chhun, Royal Government Delegate in charge of the Director General of the Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, along with the port’s senior management.
In Preah Vihear Province, Mr. Lun Yeng, Secretary General of the Cambodia Rice Federation, attended the Signing Ceremony for the Purchase and Sale Agreement of Organic Products between agricultural cooporatives in Preah Vihear Province, AMRU Rice, and Cambodian Agricultural Cooperative Corporation. The ceremony was presided over by H.E. Meas Piseth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and H.E. Kim Rithy, Governor of Preah Vihear Province.
On the morning of Friday, March 27, 2026, at the Novotel Phnom Penh, Oknha Lay Chhun Hour, President of the Cambodia Rice Federation, attended and delivered the opening keynote at the  Sustainable Agri-Food Conference 2026 held under the theme "Scaling Up Low-Carbon Rice Production." The event was presided over by H.E. Toch Bun Hour, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries; H.E. Dr. Mey Kalyan, Senior Advisor to the Supreme National Economic Council and Chairman of the Board of the Cambodia Agriculture Cooperative Corporation (CACC); H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as CEO of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB); and Oknha Song Saran, Honorary President of the Cambodia Rice Federation and CEO of Amru Rice, alongside 150 participants from various relevant institutions.
Oknha Chan Sokheang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Cambodia Rice Federation (CRF), and Oknha Lay Chhun Hour, President of the Cambodia Rice Federation, attended the 15th-anniversary celebration of Amru Rice (Cambodia). The 15th-anniversary event was held under the high presidency of H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as CEO of the Rural Development and Agriculture Bank (RDAB).
At the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), Oknha Chan Sokheang, Chairman of Board of Director of the Cambodia Rice Federation and Co-Chairman of Working Group "I" on "Paddy-Rice," representing the private sector—alongside private sector working group co-chairs and vice-chairs of the Private Sector Coordinating Committee led by Neak Oknha Kith Meng, President of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Private Sector Coordinating Committee for the Government-Private Sector Forum (G-PSF) mechanism—attended an inter-ministerial meeting.
On Friday, 20 March 2026, in Auckland, New Zealand, the Cambodia Rice Federation (CRF), led by Oknha Lay Chhun Hour, President of the Cambodia Rice Federation, attended and signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce Representative Office Auckland, led by Mr. Khuy Michael, Chairman of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce in Auckland, New Zealand. The ceremony was presided over and witnessed by H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as CEO of the Agriculture and Rural Development Bank.
